Find Synonyms for Often Repeated Words
Description
Sometimes when composing a document, we tend to
repeat the same key words. You can add variety to your writing by
selecting synonyms for those often repeated words.
In the example below, we are going to easily find a
substitute for the word "mission" in our employee handbook
section about our mission statement.

Select Text
Right click the word to be
replaced by the synonym
Shortcut Menu
Click the Synonym command
Click to select a replacement word
from the list that displays
Don't like the choices given in the synonym
list? Then click the Thesaurus command at the bottom of
the list to view more choices!
