Printing: Shrink to Fit by One Page
Description
In Microsoft Word you can easily create a document
that must adhere to a certain page count. For example, you may be
creating a newsletter that must be no longer than two pages.
However, when you finish typing your document you find that the text
runs a few lines longer than your page-count limit.
As shown below, you can use Microsoft Word's Shrink
to Fit feature to reduce your document length by one page.

Use the Print Preview toolbar to view your document,
using either the

To reduce your document by one page, on the Print Preview
toolbar

Click the Shrink to Fit button

If you are unhappy with the Shrink to Fit results,
depress the <Ctrl> and the <Z> keys to undo the Shrink to
Fit action.
