Microsoft PowerPoint
Move Objects without Snapping to Grid
Description

a particular location, the object keeps hopping over the area you
want. To fix this problem, you can turn off the Snap to
Grid option. Or you can temporarily bypass the Snap to Grid option
by using your keyboard when dragging the object to
where you want to place it.
