Copy Text Formatting
Description
You like how some of your text is formatted and now you
want to copy that formatting to use on other text. It is easy to
copy the formatting using the Format Painter.
In Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint
-
Select the text that has the
formatting you want to copy.

On the Standard Toolbar, click the Format Painter
button.

Single click the Format Painter if you want to
copy the formatting once.

Double click the Format Painter if you want to
apply the formatting several times. When finished, click
the Format Painter button again to turn it off.
Select the other text to which you
want to apply the formatting.
