Delete a File While in an Office Program
Description
You can quickly delete a file while you are working in
any Microsoft Office program. You don't need to go to My Computer or
Windows Explorer in order to delete files.
Follow the steps listed below to delete a file while
working in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access or any other Windows
based program.

Click on the File menu

Select the Open command
Open Dialog Box

Single click to select a file that you want to
delete

Position your mouse over any selected file

Then click your right mouse button
